A Covenant of Grace

The 2026 Grace Covenant Civil Rights Enforcement and Faith based initiative
For 250 years we, the Black people of America have been defined out in writing, while the whites have been defined in.
Assigning the value of Black people as 3/5ths of human beings for tax purposes, is America’s “cardinal sin”, a transgression and Third Dynamic injustice that endangers us ALL still to this day.
The resolution to this spiritual problem has literally been everything under the sun. Yet the problem of 19 million insane people regarded in the status of “fugitive slave” after the Fugitive Slave Act, and “freed slave” after the 13th Amendment, continues to persist without action being taken.
The legendary and great humanitarian Brother L. Ron Hubbard, wrote, defining this situation as “suppressive reasonableness” - the condition of allowing injustice to continue, without action being taken.
“So, a table is set, with a place for Elijah” that HE may sit down and do his work.
Facilitating justice to we, the House of Israel, Black, White, and all in between, is HIS eternal and wholly ethical purpose.
For two terms the Executive Branch through the office of the president of the United States has Considered the plight of wrongfully convicted and imprisoned felons. And has established a long track record of taking action to correct such matters of injustice to the citizens at large.
The purpose of the pardon Czar is to recommend to the office of the president individuals who, find themselves, in the circumstance of being wrongfully convicted and imprisoned, a convicted felon, that they collectively may receive consideration of a Presidential pardon, or clemency and attain their freedom.
Freedom for one is good, but good can always be made better, and better is not yet best.
Therefore, as a group, we introduce for consideration, the 2026 federal Black American restoration and repair act. An action designed with the purpose of restoring unto we, the Black people of America, the opportunity to “accept our own (orderly frame of mind) and be ourselves.”
We pray the willingness of the Executive Branch of government, the office of the President, to consider the events of today; and as Father Lincoln started it, you, as current President, complete it, in a new unit of time - the granting of sovereignty and protection as a proud group and tribe, as written in the Emancipation Proclamation to be provided, while we strive in pursuit of happiness, working to free ourselves from the transgression of being made other than ourselves, having lacked the tools necessary to undo it.
In September 1862 President Lincoln met with a group of Chicago ministers who petitioned him about safeguarding the “right of privilege” of Black people, to be protected from viciousness and malice as a group, while working out their own salvation, as an individual.
At that time, it was framed as Emancipation based on moral and religious grounds, with the protection of the Executive Branch of government. Thus, was borne a covenant of grace.
Like all sacred vows, a covenant is a vow to Almighty God. It is eternal. And like all ideas, it takes on a mind of its own, and cement itself, with deep reverence, into the hearts and minds of the people.
Grace Covenant Community Fellowship desires to resurrect that holy and righteous purpose and see to it, that the duty of care, joy, love and peace in the Holy Ghost, is respectfully upheld, executed and carried out with the protection and support of the executive branch of government, as it is written in the transcript of the Emancipation Proclamation to be done.
This, in exchange, produces the wonderful final valuable product of freedom for us all, with no one, Black or White, being defined out.
For what is the administration of law, but the affirmation of terms previously written by Man, in his striving to find peace within himself, and with Almighty God.
For until we are all free to work out our own salvation, free from external influence, none of us are truly free, under the sun.
Sincerely,
Brother Justin Aamir Adkins
